Meet Mr. TigPoo a.k.a Agha-ye TigPoo


That is my faithful and adorable pencil pouch. While in India, he was called Mr. TigPoo- given that he is male and a tiger. After moving to Iran, he got jazzed and was then known as Agha-ye (Mr. in Farsi) TigPoo. In the picture he is slouched on my study desk in Qom on a rainy night watching me as I prepare for an exam.
Look at him! Isn't he cute? The girls love him. Oh, I miss him. He is presently safely tucked away in a taped box with all of my other stuff in the hawza's store room in Iran.
Don't you worry, Agha-ye TigPoo. I'll come looking for you soon enough, Inshallah.

    Mariam- No sister, I'm Indian by origin. You could have easily completed your sentence. I am a Shi'a Muslim by choice, as I find Shi'i beliefs very logical and closest to RasulAllah (S)
